*If no data is obtained, we must still charge for the setup fee in order to cover operating expenses (e.g., technician time, instrument maintenance contracts, consumables, etc.). The current success rate for protein identification from Coomassie-stained gels exceeds 90%.
The fees for non-UNC Investigators are double the amount of the fees listed with the exception of the item 4 setup fee which is the same for either UNC or non-UNC investigators.
